This was quickly set up and it really is quite a realistic form of slot car racing. On a 4 x lane layout it's possible to run up to 16 cars in the same race, 4 x cars per lane, all independently contorolled, and having brief overtaking sections of track. More about Lap Records. Paul suggested that we should clarify records a little more and record date, time, which lane, car, and Class/Category details. This would give each lane it's own record and details of the car that holds that record. It's been proved before that some lanes are marginally faster than others mainly due to tightness of corners.
